ORDINANCE NO. 36-75 <br /> <br />~y: Messrs. Chinnock, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the <br />annual salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of <br />the City of Lakewood commencing June 8, 1975. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the <br />interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix <br />the compensation of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual, <br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City <br />of Lakewood.shall be as follows, commencing June 8, 1975. <br /> <br />BUILDING AND PLANNING DIVISION <br />Building Department employees shall receive additional <br />annual merit pay upon receipt of the following licenses <br />issued by the State of Ohio: <br /> <br />State Plumbing Inspectors License <br />State Electrical Inspectors License <br /> <br />$ 600 <br /> 6OO <br /> <br />WATER DIVISION <br />Water Division employees shall receive additional annual <br />merit pay upon receipt of the following licenses issued <br />by the State of Ohio: <br /> <br />Class 1 License <br />Class 2 License <br /> <br />$ 200 <br /> 45O <br /> <br />OFFICE ON AGING <br /> <br />Director $12,000 <br /> <br />Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adop- <br />tion and approval by the Mayor; and Ordinance No. 20-74 adopted March 18, <br />1974, and Ordinance No. 30-75 adopted May~ are hereby amended <br /> <br /> President <br /> <br /> ¢lerk F/ <br /> <br />Approved:~ ~, /~" <br /> <br />May~ <br /> <br /> <br />
