G~ Private Party Rental <br /> <br />Deposit required <br /> <br />25.00 <br /> <br />Up to and including 50 persons - basic charge <br /> <br />45.00 <br /> <br />Over 50 persons <br /> <br /> Basic rental plus charge per session - student <br /> Basic rental plus charge per session - adult <br /> <br />1.25 <br />1.75 <br /> <br /> H. For the purpose of this ordimance "student" shall mean any person <br />who is a student in kindergarten to the twelfth grade, both inclusive. "Adult" <br />shall mean any person, other than a student or a pre-kindergarten child; provided, <br />however, only persons 18 years of age and over shall be permitted to attend "adult <br />only" sessions. Children of pre-kindergarten age shall be admitted free when <br />accompanied by an adult, ~xcept for special programs. <br /> <br /> I. For the purpose of this ordinance "full season" shall mean that <br />period from September 1st through April 30th, and "half season" shall mean that <br />period from September 1st through December 31st or from January 1st through <br />April 30th of each year. <br /> <br /> J. In the event an admission charge is made for spectator events, <br />the sponsor may be required to share receipts in excess of the basic rink rental <br />charge upon such terms as shall be agreed upon between the sponsor and the Director <br />of Recreation. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
