ORDINANCE NO. 69-75 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, <br /> Usher, Brockman, Chinnock, Graber <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 22-75 adopted March 19, 1975. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY .THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STA%~ OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
