Compensation of said employees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital Fund on a bi-weekly basis as determined by the Finance Department of <br />the City of Lakewood. An hourly rate may be paid ~ich, if multiplied by the <br />number of working hours in the week and by fifty-two (weeks), then divided by <br />twelve (months), amounts to a monthly rate which falls within the minimum and <br />maximum range of the proper job classification established in this ordinance. <br />A daily rate may be established ~y multiplying by eight any hourly rate deter- <br />mined above.
