(c) Prohibit parking within the limits of the roadway constructed under this Ordinance-, within the corporate limits of the City of Lakewood; and (d) Enact no rule or regulation restricting the use of the improved road and/or structure by any class of vehicle or vehicle load permitted by the Ohio Revised Code to use a public highway. Any existing rule or regulation so restricting road usage is hereby rescinded. Section 5. That traffic control signals will not be installed on the project without prior approval by the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, and the City of Lakewood will place and maintain all traffic control devices conforming to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices on the improvement in compliance with the provisions of Section 4511.11 and related sections of the Ohio Revised Code. agrees: Section 6. That the Council, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, (a) (b) (c) That all existing street and public right-of-way within the City of Lakewood-which is necessary for the aforesaid improve- ment, shall be made available th~r.efore. That the County of Cuyahoga will arrange for the acquisition of additional right-of-way required for the conStruction of the aforesaid improvement. That arrangements have been or will be made with and agree- ments obtained from all public utility companies whose facilities will be affected by the said improvement and said companies have agreed to make any and all necessary rearrangements of facilities in such a manner as to be clear of any construction called for by the plans of said improvement and said companies have agreed to make such necessary rearrangements immediately after notification by the City of Lakewood or the County of Cuyahoga. (d) That the City of Lakewood shall make all rearrangements of water mains, sanitary sewers or other municipally owned utilities and/or any appurtenances thereto, as may be necessary to conform to the said improvement and said rearrangements shall be done at such time as requested by the County of Cuyahoga. (e) That the construction, reconstruction, and/or rearrangement of both publicly and privately owned utilities, referred to in subsections (c) and (d) above, shall be done in such a manner as not to interfere unduly with the operation of the contractor constructing the improvement and all backfilling of trenches made necessary by such utility rearrangements shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications and shall be subject to approvalby the County of Cuyahoga Section 7. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided' it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its ado~on and approval by the Mayor.
