<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employees Jn the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood commencing February 1, 1976.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual_ daily operation of a municipal department in that in th.e interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF litE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of~
<br />Lakewcod shall be as follows, conunencing February 1, 1976.
