- 4 -' <br /> <br />Section 4. Salary of the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary services, <br />including legal advice and opinions as requested by Council, the Mayor, and <br />various departments, the drafting of ordinances a~d resolutions, attendance <br />at Council meetings and the administration and supervision of the Law Department. <br />The Law Directors and Prosecutors shall receive ad¢]itional professional ~ees <br />for the handling of any litigation involving tl~e City of Lakewood, or other <br />extraordinary services, such fees not to exceed the minimum fees prescribed <br />by the minimum fee schedule of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. <br /> <br />Section 5o ~enever the te~nn "Class A", "Class B", "Class C", "Class D", <br />'(;lass E", and "Class F", is used if~ this ordinance, such classification shall <br />be determined and fixed by the appointing authority° <br /> <br />Section 6. Ail compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal instal- <br />lments every two (2) weeks. <br /> <br />Section 7. That this o~dinance is hereby declared.to be an emergency.measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; and Ordinance No.30.-75 adopted May 5, 1975, and all other ordinances <br />or part.s or ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
