t49.15 CITY'S SI-~RE OF HosPITALIZATION INSUi~NCE <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />For the purposes of this section, City employees shall be defined <br />as employees of Lakewood Municipal Court and the City of Lakewood <br />who have completed sixty days of continuous service, but shall <br />exclude members of Council, employees of' Lakewood ltospita], <br />temporary employees, seasonal employees, school guards, public <br />works inspectors, and members of the Civil Service Commission. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay from City <br />funds the actual premium cost of hospitalization coverage for <br />each member of the Division of Police and the Division of Fire <br />who is enrolled in the City's hospitalization plan currently in <br />effect. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay from City <br />funds the actual premium rate of hospitalization coverage for <br />all other City employees, payable monthly or semi-annually at <br />the discretion of the Director of Finance., by payment of such <br />premium to the insurer, or in cash based on actual premium <br />rate, where the employee is not enrolled in the City hospital- <br />ization plan. <br /> <br />(d) Such payment by the City shall be made from the following Funds <br /> at the rates designated: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />(6) <br /> <br />*Percent of the balance after actual cost items <br /> <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant Actual Cost <br />Ail Grant progzams where such cost is <br />included in grant Actual Cost <br />Street Construction, Maintenance & Repair Fund 9.6%* <br />Water Fund 5.6%* <br />Parking Facilities Fund 3.3%* <br />General Fund 81.5%* <br /> <br /> Section 2.
