ORDINANCE NO. 18-76 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Chinnock, Magnotto, <br /> Salmon, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the <br />Zoning.Map with respect to certain properties, all as hereinafter set forth <br />and'described. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as f611ows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio and known as being a part of Original Rockport Township, <br />Section 21 of the T. Mo Irving allotment as ~hown by recorded <br />plat in Volume ~2 of Maps, Page 24 of the Cuyaboga County Records <br />and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 1 of the T. <br />M. Irving allotment as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 12 <br />of Maps, Page 24 of the County Records, thence south along the <br />west line of West ll7th Street 80 feet wide a distance of 407.34 <br />feet to a point, said point being the southeast corner of parcel <br />315, page 13, parcel 109 which is the principal place of beginning, <br />thence south along the west line of West ll7th Street 1,000 feet <br />to a point which is the intersection of the west line of West <br />llTth Street and the north line of Franklin Avenue 66 feet wide, <br />thence west along the north line of Franklin Avenue a distance <br />of 193.64 feet, thence north along the west line of the T. M. <br />Irving allotment 1,000 feet to a point which is the southwest <br />corner of permanent parcel 315, page 13, parcel 109, thence <br />easterly along the south line of permanent parcel 215, page 13, <br />parcel 109 a distance of 187c95 feet to the point of beginning, <br />be the same more or less, but'subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use Classification <br />M-2 (multiple family, medium density) to B-2 (retail district). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to <br />make changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect <br />the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
