ORDINANCE NO. 26-76 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br />McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning <br />Map with respect to certain properties, all as hereinafter set forth and described. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel No. 1. <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio, and known as being part of Sub Lot No. 140 in the Homesite <br />Company's Waterbury Heights Subdivision No. 2 of part of Original <br />Rockport Township Section 21, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume <br />56 of Maps, Page 37 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded as <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the Northerly line of~Madison Avenue at a point distant <br />50.88 feet Easterly (measured along said Northerly Line) from its <br />point of intersection with the easterly line of Lewis Drive; thence <br />Northerly on a line parallel to said Easterly line of Lewis Drive, <br />120 feet to the Northerly line of said Sublot No. 140; thence Easterly <br />along, said Northerly line of said Sub Lot No. 140, a distance of 42.99 <br />feet to a point, thence Southerly on a line parallel to the Easterly <br />line of Sub Lot No. 140, 120 feet to tbe Northerly line of Madison <br />Avenue, thence Westerly along said Northerly line of Madison Avenue, <br />45 feet to the. place of beginning~ be the same more or less but sub- <br />ject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />Parcel No. 2. <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />and known as being tbe Westerly 50.88 feet from front to rear of Sub <br />Lot No. 140 in the Homesite Company's "Waterbury Heights" Subdivision <br />No. 2 of a part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 21, as shown <br />by the recorded plat of said Subdivision No. 2 in Volume 56 of Maps, <br />Page 37 of Cuyahoga County Records. Said part of Sub Lot No. 140 has <br />a frontage of 50.88 feet on the Northerly side of Madison Avenue and <br />extended back of equal width along the Easterly line of Lewis Drive <br />120 feet deep, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal building <br />conditions, restrictions, and limitations, running with the land'. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use Classification <br />M-3 (multiple family, high density) to B-2 (retail district). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
