ORDINANCE NO. 32- 76 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Chinnock, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with <br />respect to certain properties, all as hereinafter set forth and described. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Sections <br />No. 18 and 23, and also known as Sublots No. 51, 52, 53, 54, and 55 <br />in the Advance Real Estate Company's Subdivision No. 1, as shown by <br />recorded plat in Volume 40 of Maps, Page 20 of the Cuyahoga County <br />Records and Sublots No. 68 and 69 in the W.A. Kurz Company Subdivision <br />as shown by recorded plat in Volume 36 of Maps, Page 26 of the Cuyahoga <br />County Records and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Sublot No, 55 in the aforesaid <br />Advance Real Estate Company's Subdivision No. 1, said point also being <br />the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Madison Avenue, <br />80 feet wide, and the westerly right-of,way line of Northland Avenue, <br />60 feet wide; <br /> <br />Thence northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of Northland <br />Avenue, 60 feet wide, a distance of 239.50 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence westerly along the north line of Sublot No. 51 in the afore- <br />mentioned Advance Real Estate Company's Subdivision No. 1, a distance <br />of 130.00 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence southerly along the west lines of Sublots No. 51 and 52 in <br />the aforesaid Advance Real Estate Company's Subdivion No. 1, a <br />distance of 83.25 feet to a point; <br /> <br />Thence westerly along the north lines of Sublots No. 69 and 68 in the <br />aforesaid W. A. Kurz Company Subdivision a distance of 80.00 feet to <br />a point; <br /> <br />Thence southerly along the west line of Sublot No. 68 in the afore- <br />said W. Ao Kurz Company Subdivision a distance of 137.37 feet to a <br />point in the northerly right-of-way line of Madison Avenue, 80 feet <br />wide; <br /> <br />Thence easterly along the northerly right-of-way line of Madison <br />Avenue, 80 feet wide, a distance of 210.96 feet to the place of <br />beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from Use Classification <br />M-3 (multiple family, high density) to B-2 (retail district). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect <br />the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section .3.
