Section 4. Salary of 'the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary services, <br />including legal advice and opinions as requested by Council, the Mayor, and <br />various departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolutions, attendance <br />at Council meetings and the a~ministration and supervision of the Law Department. <br />The Law Directors and Prosecutors shall receive additional professional fee, s <br />for the handling of any litigation involving the City of Lakewood, or other <br />extraordinary services, such fees not to exceed the minimum fees prescribed <br />by the minimum fee schedule of the Cuyalloga County Bar Association. <br /> <br />Section 5~ Whenever the term "Class A'", "Class B", "Class C", "Class D" <br />'Class E", and "Class F", is used in this ordinance, such classification shall' <br />be determined and fixed by the appointing authority° <br /> <br />Section 6. All compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal instal- <br />lments every two (2) weeks. <br /> <br />Section 7. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor; and O~dinance No. 9-76 adopted February 16, 1976, and all other ordinances <br />or parts or ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby amended. <br /> <br /> - ~ ~lerk /~ ~ <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
