ORDINANCE NO. 51-76 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codifi(~d <br />Ordinances of the City of.Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with <br />respect to certain properties, all. as hereinafter set forth and described: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same ~s hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City af Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 76 in the "Walton Bro'S[' Lakewood <br />Heights Allotment of. part of Original Rockport Township Section 22 <br />as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 25 of-Maps, Page 14 of <br />CUyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the northerly line of Madison Avenue at a point <br />distance 100.02 feet from the easterly line (measured along said <br />northerly line) from its point of intersection with the easterly <br />line of Roosevelt Aven[~e; thence northerly along the westerly line <br />of S. ublot No. 76 a distance of 159.87 feet to a point on the southerly <br />line of Sublot 109; thence easterly along the said sout-herly line of <br />Sublot 109 a distance of 50.12 feet to a point which is the south- <br />easterly corner of Sublot 109 and the northeasterly corner of Sublot <br />76; thence southerly along the easterly line of Sublot 76 a distance <br />160.93 feet to point of intersection with the northerly line of <br />Madison Avenue; thence westerly along the northerly line of Madison <br />Avenue a distance of 50.13 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use Classification <br />M-3 (multiple family, high density).to B-2 (retail district). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest perihd allowed by law and all ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in.consistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />· Pr~ident <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor~ <br /> <br /> <br />
