Chinnock, Magnotto, McBride, Salmon, <br /> Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section ].103.02 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising"the Zoning <br />Map with respect to certain properties, ali as hereinafter set forth and described: <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of CuyahQga and State <br /> of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 3 and tile sootber~v <br /> part of 1 and 2 in the Faerber and Henry Subdivision of p~rt of <br /> Original Rockport Township Section 21 as shown by the recorded <br /> pl~t in Volume 33 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records, <br /> and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the westerly line of Hopkins Avenue wbich is aIso <br />the southessterly corner of Subiot number 3 which is the princi- <br />pal point of beginning; thence westerly along the souther.ly line <br />of said sublot a distance of 103 feet to a point which is the <br />southwesterly corner of Sublot number 3; thence northerly along <br />the westerly line of Sublot number 3 ~n~l ~art of ] a distonce <br />of 70 feet to a point, said point being the southwesterly corner <br />of Sublot number 1; thence easterly and parallel to the souther].y <br />line of Sublot number 3 a distance of 103 feet to the westerly <br />line of Hopkins Avenue; thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of Hopkins Avenue to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from Use Classification <br />R-3 (2 family) to B-2 (retail district). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and direcled to make <br />changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, .so as to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
