- 2 - <br /> <br />Section 10. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Fund: <br /> <br />Section 11. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Federal Revenue Sharing Fund: <br /> <br />5,700,000 <br /> <br />100,000 <br /> <br />Section 12. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims~are presented properly approved by the head <br />of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the <br />President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 13. That this ordinance is hereby declared to 'be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it rec&ives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br /> <br />
