Compensation of said emplo?ees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital Fund on a bi-weekly basis as determined by the ?inance Department <br />of the City of Lakewood. An hourly rate may be paid which, if multiplied by <br />the number of working hours in the week and by fifty'-two (weeks), then <br />divided by twelve (months), amounts to a monthly rate whi(;h falls within the <br />minimum and maximum ranqe of the proper job classification established in <br />this ordinance. A daily rate may be established by multiplying by eight any <br />hourly rate determ]ned above. The normal work week shall be forty hours. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of. two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take ef.[ect on January 30, 1977, and Ordinance No. 3-76 , adopted <br />January 19, 1976, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed as of January 30, 1977. <br /> <br />Approved~//~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
