ORDINANCE NO. 6-77 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br />McBride, Salmon, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend the Building Line Map, a part of the <br />Zoning Code under Sections 1101.01 and 1103.04 of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood, by changin~ and revising the Building Line Map <br />with respect to all of the properties abutting the hereinafter described <br />streets. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Building Line Map, a part of the Zoning <br />Code under Sections llO1.01 and 1103.04 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended <br />by changing and revising the Building Line Map to the extent that the <br />building line on the southwest corner of Lake Road and Clifton Extension <br />having Permanent Parcel No. 6, 7 and 8 of Book 311, Page 3, shall be and the <br />same is hereby changed from 100 feet on said properties to 50 feet. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to make said additions to the Building Line Map, which additions <br />made as herein provided are hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all ordinances or <br />parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby replaced. <br /> <br />Adopted: .~ <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
