<br />Section 2. In the Division of Fire, Department of l'ublic Safety, Croup 1
<br />Firemen shall consist of firemen who hz)ye co,tim~ous[y served, in the Division
<br />of Fire two (2) full years or who, in the judgment of the l)irector of Public
<br />Safety, have ncquired equivalent training and acquired experience 'in the
<br />Division of Fire in some other city. Group 2 Firemen shall consi~;t of firemen
<br />who have served continuo.sly in the l)ivis.i, on of Fire for more than one (I.)
<br />year but ]ess than l:wo (2) ye, ars. (iro,q~ 3 fi. rome. shall, consist of firemen
