<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood effective March 1, 1977.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual
<br />daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of public
<br />service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation of employees;
<br />now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual, salaried
<br />employees in the several departments~and divisions of the City of Lakewood shall
<br />be as follows, effective March 1, 1977.
