(b) The Attorney General or any local law enforcement agency may investigate any <br />charitable organization or any officer, agent, trustee, meml~r or employee of the organiza- <br />tion, and may examine the accounts and records of, th(: org:mizatlon to determine if a viola- <br />tion cf any provision of Ohio R.C. 2915.07 to 2915.11 or Section 517.06 et seq. of tills <br />chapter has occurred. <br /> If an,y local.law enforcement agency has reasonable grounds to believe that a charitable <br />organization or ,mt officer, agent, trustee, member Or employee of the organization has <br />viOlated any provision of Ohio R.C. 291 5.07 'to 2915.11 or Sechon 517.06 et seq. of this <br />chapter, tile local law enforcement agencyI may proceed by action in the proper court to <br />enforce Ohio R. C. 2915.07 to 2915.11 or Section 517.06 et seq. of thls chapter, provided <br />that the local law enforce, nent agency shall glve written notice to the Attorney General <br />when qommencing an action as described in this subsection. <br /> <br /> (c) Whoever violates ,ubsection (a) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first <br />degree.., (ORC 2'915.10) <br /> <br /> Section 11. That Section 5].7.08 of the General Offenses Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of ths City of Lakewood is hereby enacted to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 517.08 MINIMUM AGE OF BINGOOPEIIATOR. <br /> (a) No person shall be a bingo game operator unless he is eighteen years of age or <br />5ider. <br /> <br /> (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />(ORC 2915.11) <br /> <br /> Section 12. A bingo game is con- <br />ducted for amusement only if all of the gross receipts of the bingo game arc redistributed <br />during the game to the participants in the bingo game or if the participants do not pay any <br />compensation, including an admission fee, for the privilege of participating in the bingo <br />game.
