O0 <br />15.00 <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance "student" shall mean any person who <br />during the school semester immediately preceding the swimming season, <br />was a student in kindergarten to the twelfth grade, both inclusive. <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, "adult" shall mean any person, other <br />than a student or a pre-kindergarten child. Children of pre-kindergarten <br />age shall be admitted free when accompanied by an adult, except for <br />special programs. <br /> <br />Me <br /> <br />With respect to the definition of the word "quarterly" as used herein, <br />it is intended that the Summer Quarter shall be that period of time <br />during which Madison Pool and Foster Pool are open to the public for <br />outdoor swimming. The balance of the year shall be divided into three <br />equal periods known as Fall Quarter, Winter Quarter and Spring Quarter, <br />the specific dates of which quarters shall be determined and posted by <br />the Director of Recreation. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> G. In the event an admission charge is made for spectator events and/or <br /> fund raising activities, the sponsor may be required to share receipts <br /> in excess of the basic pool rental charges upon such terms as shall be <br /> agreed upon between the sponsor and the Director of Recreation. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative ~ote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor, .and Ordinance No. 27-75 adopted April 21, 1975, and all other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith, shall be and the same are hereby <br />repealed. ~p~rri~d ~ <br /> / <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
