Ballet Class <br /> <br />One Hour Per Class <br /> <br />1~50,' <br /> <br />2.00 <br /> <br />2.75 <br /> <br />For the purpose of this Ordinance "STUDENT" shall mean any <br />person who is a student in kindergarten to the twelfth grade, <br />both inclusive, "ADULT" shall mean any person, other than a <br />student or a pre-kindergarten child; provided, however, only <br />persons 18 years of age and over shall be permitted to attend <br />"ADULT ONLY" Sessions. <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance "FULL SEASON" shall mean that <br />period from the opening day after Labor Day through April 30, <br />and "HALF SEASON" shall mean that period from the opening day <br />after Labor Day through December 31st or from January 1st <br />through April 30th of each year. "SUMMER SESSION" shall mean <br />that period from May 1st through posted closing day of each year. <br /> <br />In the event an admission charge is made for spectator events and/or <br />fund-raising activities, the sponsor may be required to' share <br />receipts in excess of the basic rink rental charges upon such <br />terms as shall be agreed upon between the sponsor and the Director <br />of Recreation. <br /> <br /> SectiOn 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor, and Ordinance 38-76 adopted June 7, 1976 and all other ordinances or <br />parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith shall be and the same are hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
