In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 1 herein, <br />b.ourly employees'whose regular shift is either a rotating shift or a shift <br />w~er~in an emploYee works 4 hours or more as part of a regular shift assigned <br />between fhe hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m, shall receive an additional shift <br />premium of ten cents (10¢) per hour for all hours worked. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Director of Public Works may appoint such additional hourly <br />employees in the several divisions as may be required from time to time.on a <br />temporary basis, at the rate of compensation fixed herein for said classification. <br />Provided, however, that such temporary employees provided for herein, shall be <br />classed as tempo~3ry and shall not be eligible for the benefits pro~'ided in <br />sections 149.01 ~o 149.08, both ~nclusive, of the Codified Or!i~inanqes, for <br />full-time [!ermanent hourly employees. <br /> <br />Sec'~ion 41 Ail compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal install- <br />ments every two weeks. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
