OF THE CITY OF ~U~MOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. (2) days per ~nth beginning <br />~lth Febr~ry 1. not to exceed thirty (~) calendar days pet year. <br />In calculating nick leave hereunder, allouance ~]l be ~de for <br />al~ tt~. spent tn the e~lo~nt of the City. whet~r before or <br />after the effective ~te of thin Section. <br /> <br />Probationary employees shall receive m~ sick leave during their <br />probationary period but will receive credit upon expiration of <br />their probationary period for all time spent as a probationary <br />employee. <br /> <br />Effective in 1977 only, in the event an e~ployee is hospitalized <br />or injured and b~s proper medical verification, the employee <br />will receive the balance of any paid sick leave up to the <br />amxtmum the employee would have be~n entitled. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That thin ordinance ts hereby declared to be an emergenc:v <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble herself and provided it receives <br /> <br /> <br />
