516.99 - PENALTIES. <br /> <br /> Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty <br />of a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and providing it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor, otherwise at the earliest period provided by law <br />and Ordinance 11-77 adopted April 18, 1977.shall be and the same is <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Pr~/si~t <br /> <br />Approved..'~~f / ~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
