ORDINANCE NO. 72-77 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Chinnock, Magnotto, McBrid <br /> Salmon, Sinagra, Usher, Brockman <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 10-77, adopted March 21, 1977. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
