ORDINANCE NO. 116-78 <br /> <br />BY: Brockman, Brown, Chinnock, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendiing <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing tile transfer of certain appropriations as <br />appropriated by Ordinance No. 12-78, adopted March 20, 1978. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the <br />publ'c property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section ].
