That Chapter 373 of the Traffic Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood is hereby ~pplemented by enacting new <br />Section 373.27 to read as follows: <br /> <br />373.27 MOTORIZED BICYCLE OPERATION, EQUIPMENT AND LICENSE <br /> <br /> No person shall operate a motorized bicycle upon a street, highway, or <br />any public or private property used by the public for purposes of vehicular <br />travel or parking, unless both of the following conditions are mt: <br /> <br /> (1) The person is fourteen years of age or older and holds either a <br /> valid operator's license issued under Ohio R.C.
