<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood effective March l, 1978, with the exception of the Division of
<br />Fire which shall be effective February 1, 1978.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood as fixed by the director of said department, with the approval of
<br />the Mayor, within the following schedule of compensation, shall be as follows
<br />effective March 1. 1978, with the exception of the Dtvision of Fire which
<br />shall be effective February l, 1978.
