Brown, Chinnock, <br /> Magnotto, Salmon, Usher, <br /> Brockman <br /> <br /> AN t¢~RGENCY oRDINANCE authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City <br />of Lakewood to purchase the certain rea] estate located at 12600 Detroit Avenue, <br />I~kewood, Ohio, hereinafter r~)re particularly described, ~md to dia~niss <br />appropriation suit filed in connection therewith upon transfer of title. <br /> <br /> WIffJtEAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the ~nrnediate preservation of the public health and welfare and for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal departn~mt ,and for the 'further reason <br />that the owners have agreext to sell said property for the consideration herein <br />stipulated and this Council determines it to be in. the best interest of the <br />City that the property be purchmsed imr~diate]y so that tt~e construction of <br />the mtmicipal parking facility can be COTmenced without any further delay; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE (XXINCIL OF THE CITY OF L~OOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1.
