be limited to the original occupancy as permitted pursuant to the <br />provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />1128.03 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />The Building Department shall thereupon notify the owner of such altera- <br />tions, changes, repairs and installations as may be required by any <br />applicable ordinance of the City of Lakewood. Upon completion of <br />such alterations, changes, repairs and installations the Certificate <br />of Occupancy shall be issued by the Building Department. Failure <br />to complete said alterations, changes, repairs and installations w|thim <br />fifteem momth$ from the date of notice provided by the Building <br />Dep~rtment shall be deemed to be a permanent waiver by the owner of <br />the right to maintain such non-conforming use and, thereafter, the <br />occupancy of such premises shall be limited to the original occupancy <br />as permitted pursuant to the provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />1128.04 INSPECTION FEE <br /> <br />The Building Department shall charge a fee of fifteen dollars (15.00) <br />for the inspection of each such Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force <br />from and after its adoption at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> ~ ..
