- 2 - <br /> <br />Section 6. That obligations of the City shall be issued, in anticipation <br />of the collection of special assessments by installments and in an amount <br />thereto, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the cost of this improvement. <br /> <br />Section 7. That the remainder of the entire cost of this improvement, after <br />application of the assessments herein provided shall be paid by the issuance <br />of notes and Bonds of the City in the manner provided by law. <br /> <br />Section 8. That pursuant to Article XIV, Section 16, of the Charter of the <br />City, the Director of Public Works has heretofore certified to this Council <br />this his e~ iu.,~l~,. ¢-~l the life of tile improvement described in Sections I and 2 <br />hereof is t('~ (1¢}) y~:ar~s. <br /> <br />Section ~ ll~al 't,,, Cler'k of Council be and ~;he is hereby directed to deliver <br />Lo ttfe Audito~ of Cuyahoga County a certified copy of this ordinance within <br />fifteen (15) days following its passage. <br /> <br />Section 10. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concern'nc and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meetin9 of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of <br />its committees [.hat resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the <br />Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 11. That this ordinance, having been declared to be a.n emergency measure, <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise <br />it shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br /> <br /> <br />
