<br />-2- <br /> <br />(b) The repeal provided above shall not affect' <br /> <br />(1.) The grant or creat-'ion of a franchise, license, <br />right, easement or pVivilege. <br />(2) The purchase, sale, lease or tranSÎer of <br />property. <br />(3) The appropriation or expenditure of money <br />or promise or guarantee of payment. <br />(4) The assumption of any contract or obligation. <br />(5) The issuance and delivery of any bonds, <br />obligations or other instrument of <br />indebtedness. <br /> <br />(6) The levy or imposition of taxes, assessments, <br />or charges. <br />(7) The establishment, naming, vacating or grade <br />level of any street of public way. <br /> <br />(8) The dedication of property or plat approval. <br /> <br />(9) The annexation or detachment of territory. <br />(10) Any legislation enacted subsequent to September 1, <br />1978. <br /> <br />(11) Zoning Ordinance 55-73 adopted July 2, 1973, as <br />amended, and Platting and Subdividing Ordinance <br />70-67 adopted December 20, 1967, as amended. <br /> <br />Section 3. . That any section of the 1978 Codified Ordinances <br />withou~. a legislative history at the end thereof indicates that such <br />section_contains new matter ordained by this Adopting Ordinance. <br /> <br />Pursuant to City Charter Article.: III, Section 14 and <br />Section 107.12 of the Codified Ordinances, the Clerk of Council <br />shall post a copy of this Adopting Ordinance along with a copy <br />of the Codified Ordinances for a period of not less than fifteen <br />days, in the five public posting places specified in Section 107.01 <br />of the Codified Ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 4.
