ORDINANCE NO. 86-78 <br /> <br />BY: Brockman, Brown, Chinnock, <br /> ~agnotto ,McBride, Salmon, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br /> AN E~RGENCY ORDIAIANCE amending and supplen~nting Chapter 1309 <br />of the Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />regarding permit fees. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of the issuance of permits and the supervision <br />and inspection of alterations and construction of various kinds has <br />materially increased; and <br /> <br /> ~REAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual dailY operation of a municipal department; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT-ORIIAIAIED BY THE COUNCIL OF T~rE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STA%E OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 1309 of the Building Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />1309.01 PAYMENT PROCEDUt~. <br /> <br /> The fees to be paid for building permits shall be determined by the Building Commiss- <br />ioner in accordance with the following schedule and shall be noted upon the application <br />when approved for the issing of the permit. Such fees are to be paid to the Permit <br />Clerk who upon receipt of such fees shall issue the permit to the applicant. The fees <br />to be paid shall be as are provided in this chapter.
