That Section 351.26 of the Traffic Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakeowod now reading <br />as follows' <br /> <br />351.26 .EMERGENCY DURING HEAVY SNOW STORMS <br /> <br /> Whenever, during any peri. od of twenty-four hours or <br /> less, snow falls in the City or in a section or sections <br />thereof to a depth of two inches ~r more, an emergency is <br />declared to exist, in that such a heavy snow storm con- <br />stitutes a serious public hazard impairing: transportation, <br />the movemcnk of food and ii,el supplies, medical care, fire, <br />health and police protection, and othor vital facilities <br />of the City.
