WttEREAS, t, his ordinance constitutes an emerg, oncy measure providing for thc public health, safety and we]fare and the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BI;: IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF Till!; CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OtIIO' Section 1. That Section 351.26 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakeowod now reading as follows' 351.26 .EMERGENCY DURING HEAVY SNOW STORMS Whenever, during any peri. od of twenty-four hours or less, snow falls in the City or in a section or sections thereof to a depth of two inches ~r more, an emergency is declared to exist, in that such a heavy snow storm con- stitutes a serious public hazard impairing: transportation, the movemcnk of food and ii,el supplies, medical care, fire, health and police protection, and othor vital facilities of the City.
