The Board shall~ cause <br />notice of its decision to be sent by certified mail to the <br />applicant at the address of the applicant as set forth in the <br />application within thirty (30) days of the date of hearing. <br /> <br />771.09 PENALTY. <br /> <br /> Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and each day which <br />the violation continues to exist shall be a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
