Hagnotto, HcBride, <br />Sa] mort, Brown, l.lend ti ng <br />Brockman, ChinnouK <br /> <br /> AN EHERGENCY ORDINANCE approving the compensation of employees of <br />Lakewood tlospital, establishing other benefits for certain employees and <br />students as fixed by the Board of Trustees, and repealing Ordinance No. 4-78 <br />adopted February 6, 1978 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Lakewood provides that the Board <br />of Trustees of Lakewood tlospital shall employ such employees as the Board <br />deems necessary and fix their compensation, subject to the approval of <br />Council, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Lakm,iood Hospital has created certain <br />positions and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood Hospital, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, property, health or safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
