Section 2. Compensation of said employees shall be paid from the <br />Hospital Fund on a bi-weekly basis as determined by the Finance Department <br />of the City of Lakewood. An hourly rate may be paid which, if multiplied by <br />the number of working hours in the week and by fifty-two (weeks), then <br />divided by twelve (months), amounts to a monthly rate which falls ~,Hthin the <br />minimum and maximum range of the proper job classification established in <br />this ordinance. A daily rate may be established by multiplying by eight any <br />hourly rate determined above, lhe normal work week shall be forty hours, <br /> <br /> Section 3.
