In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving <br />notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof <br />for a period not .less than fifteen (15) days, in not less tha~ five (5) <br />of the most public ~laces in the City; which places have been determined <br />by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 20.
