ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />2]-79 <br /> <br />BY:Wendling, Brockman, Brown, Chinnock, <br /> Magnotto, McBride <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 20-79 , adopted March 5, 1.979. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by <br />Ordinance No. 20-79, adopted Mar~h 5, 1979. <br /> <br />TRANSFER FROM OTHER FUND APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />O89OOOO <br /> <br />Incinerator Maintenance Fund <br /> <br />$46,445.58 <br /> <br />TRANSFER TO GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />O19OO00 <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />$46,445.58 <br /> <br />Section 2.
