ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />28-79 BY: <br /> <br />Chinnock, Magnotto, McBride, <br />Salmon, Wendling, Brown <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual, <br />salaried employees, in the several departments and divisions of the City of <br />Lakewood effective Harch l, 1979, with the exception of tile positions of the <br />Chief of Police & Chief of Fire which shall.be effective January l, 1979. <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, 'this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing 'For tile <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that fn the interest of <br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation <br />of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORJAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual, <br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of tile City of <br />Lakewood as fixed by the director of said department, with the approval of <br />the Mayor, within the following schedule of compensation, shall be as follows <br />effective Hatch l, 1979~ with the exception of the positions of the Chief of <br />Police & Chief of Fire which shall be effective January l, 1979. <br /> <br />1.
