License 450 <br />Class III Wastewater Treatment License 750 <br />Class IV Wastewater Treatment License 850 <br /> <br />7,5O0 lO,700 <br />6,000 10,165 <br />6,000 10,165 <br /> <br />Section 2. In the Division of Fire, Departlnent of Public Safety, Group 1 Firemen <br />shall consist of firemen who have continuously served in Lt~e Division of Fire two <br />(2) full years or who, in the judgment of the Director of Public Safety, have <br />acquired equivalent training and acquired experience in the Division of Fire in <br />some other City. Group 2 Firemen shall consist of firemen who have served <br />continuously in the Division of Fire for more than one (1) year buL less than <br />two (2) years. Group 3 Firemen shall consist of firemen who have served in the <br />Division of Fire For less than one (1) year. Provided, however, that there shall <br />be no increase in salary to a Fireman by reason of said grouping until certified <br />by the Directorof Public Safety. <br /> <br />Section 3. In the Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, Group l <br />patrolmen shall consist of patrolmen who have continuously served in the Division <br />of Police two (2) full years or who, in the judgment of the Director of Public <br />Safety, have acquired equivalent training and acquired experience in the Division <br />of Police in some other City. Group 2 patrolmen shall consist of patrolmen who <br />have served continuously in the Division of Police For more than one (1) year <br />but less than two (2) years. Group 3 patrolnlen shall consist of patrolmen who <br />have served in the Division of Police for less than one (1) year. Provided, <br />however, that there shall be no increase in salary Lo any employee by reason <br />of the said grouping until certified by the Director of Public Safety. <br /> <br />Section 4. Salary of the Director of Law s'hall cover all ordinary service, <br />including legal advice and ooinions as requested by Council, the Mayor, and <br />various departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolutions, attendance at <br />Council meetings and the adnlinistration and supervision of the Law Department. <br />The Law Directors and Prosecutors shall receive additional professional fees <br />for the handling of any liti<jation involving the City of I._akewood, or other <br />extraordinary services, such Fees not to exceed the minimum Fees prescribed <br />by the minimul, fee schedule of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. <br /> <br />Section 5. All compensation provided 'For herein shall be paid in equal <br />installments every two weeks. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds nf all members elecLed to Conncil, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately u~on its adol~Lion and approval by <br />the Mayor: and Ordinance No.lll-78 adopted December 18, 1978 and Ordinance <br />No. 77-78, adopted Auqust ~0, 1978, and all other ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances incons~istent herewith shall be and are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> ., Presi den,t-~-- <br /> <br /> Cle~ <br />Approved: ~'~¢ . <br /> <br /> <br />
