ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />54-79 <br /> <br />BY: SalmOn, Wendling, Brockman, <br /> Brown, Chinnock, McBride <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1103.02 of the Zoning <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain <br />property, as hereinafter set forth and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE- <br />WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1103.02 of the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the <br />same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning' <br />Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a <br />part of Original Rockport Township Section 21, <br />bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Sublot <br />No. 64 which point is 131.85 feet north of the <br />northerly line of Madison Avenue which is the <br />principal place of beginning, thence north along <br />the westerly line of Ridgewood Avenue, a distance <br />of about 120 feet to point which is the north- <br />easterly corner of Sublot No. 66, thence westerly <br />along the Northerly line of said sublot a distance <br />of about 144.08 feet to a point,thence southerly <br />a distance of about 120 feet to the southwesterly <br />corner of sublot 64, thence easterly along the <br />southerly line of said sublot a distance of about <br />144.20 feet to a point which is the principal <br />place of beginning, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby reclassified and changed from use <br />classification R3 (two family) to use classification BR <br />(business residential). <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to make %he reclassification~change in the Zoning <br />Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, so as to reflect the amend- <br />ment deSignated in Section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
