-2- <br /> <br />1723.03 Penalty. <br /> <br /> Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be <br />§uilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender <br />has been .previously convicted of a violation of this Chapter, <br />such second or subsequent offense shall constitute a mis- <br />demeanor of the second degree. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance i:s hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
