ORDINANCE NO. 61-79 <br /> <br />BY: Salmon, Wendling, Brockman, <br /> Brown, Chinnock, McBride <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor <br />to enter into a Lease Agreement with Edward Dolepski for property <br />located at 12712 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio to provide a Satellite <br />Office for the City's Office on Aging for a period of one year commencing <br />September 1, 1979 to August 31, 1980 with a one year option thereafter. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation ora municipal department and for the <br />immediate preservation of the public safety and welfare; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a Lease Agreement with Edward Dolepski for <br />property located at 12712 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio for a Satellite <br />Office for the City's Office on Aging for a period of one year commencing <br />September 1, 1979 to August 31, t980 with a one year option thereafter, <br />said Lease to be substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is. hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />C'ouncil, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption <br />and approval by the Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted <br /> <br />Approved:. ~~ /~ /~/~ <br /> <br /> <br />
