ORDINANCE NO. 69- 79 <br /> <br />BY' McNally, Salmon, Wendling, <br /> Brockman, Brown, Chinnock <br /> <br /> AN F~'~/tGt~C¥ OI~DINANCE amending prior Ordinance No. 83-78 <br />exempting the Regional 2¥ansit Authority from the prohibitions of <br />Section 901.18 of the Streets and Public Service Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of l~diewood in order to permit the placement and/or <br />construction of bus shelters at designated locations and to establish <br />a permit procedure with conditions incident thereto for said bus shelters. <br /> <br /> ~/~E ~REAS, this ordinance constitutes an a~nergency memsure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; mow, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY~ COUNCIL OF //~ CITY OF LAKA%~OOD, STALE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. ~]]at Section 1. of Ordinance No. 83-78, adopted <br />October 5, 1978 now reading as 'follows' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lake%~ood hereby <br />exempts the Reginal Transit Authority from the prohibitions of Section 901.18 <br />of the Streets and Public Service Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lake~Dod in order to allow for the construction and/or placment <br />of bus shelters as specified by shelter type pursuant to design graphics <br />attached hereto on E~]ibits A and B and incorporated by referenc~ herein, <br />at the following locations provided that the conditions and permit <br />procedure req~mirements as specified in Section 2 are me%: <br /> <br />1TI'A NO.
