ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />70-79 <br /> <br />BY:McBride, McNally, Salmon, <br /> Wendling, Brockman, Brown, <br /> Chi nnock <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating and fixing the salary <br />for the position of Youth Coordinator in the Office of the Mayor, <br />effective October 1, 1979.. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 15 The position of Youth Coordinator is hereby <br />created and the compensation hereby established in the office of <br />the Mayor, effective October 1, 1979. <br /> <br />OFFICE OF THE MAYOR <br /> <br />Youth Coordinator <br /> <br />$15,000~ 18,000 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise <br />it shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
