(b) No person shall place, maintain or display upon private <br />property any unauthorized no parking sign which purports to be or is <br />an imitation or resembles a no parking sign erected pursuant to <br />authority of Section 351.01(q) of the Traffic Code. This paragraph <br />does not prohibit the erection upon private property of a no <br />parking sign of a Type that cannot be mistaken for duly authorized <br />"No Parking - Fire Lane" signs. <br /> <br /> (c) Every such prohibited sign, signal, marking or device is <br />a public nuisance, and the Police Department is authorized to remove <br />the same or cause it to be removed. (O.R.C. 4511..16) <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided. <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force inrnediately upon its adoption <br />and approval by the Mayor, otherwise it shall take effect and be in force <br />frcm and after the earliest period allowed by la~v. <br /> <br />Adopted:.. <br /> <br /> / <br /> <br /> <br />
