<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations
<br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 116-78 adopted December 18, 1978.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation
<br />of the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation
<br />of municipal departments; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section i. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized
<br />to make the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by
<br />Ordinance No. 116-78 adopted December 18, 1978.
