In addition to the compensation provided for in Section I hereof, as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall be paid a shift differential at a rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour in addition to their usual hourly rate of pay. Section 3. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section I hereof, as provided b~ Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall be paid over~ime at a rate of one and one-half times the employee's regular hourly rate for day shift and one and one-half times the regular hourly rate and shift differential for relief and night shifts.
