In addition to the compensation provided for in Section I hereof, <br />as provided by Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall be <br />paid a shift differential at a rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour in addition to their <br />usual hourly rate of pay. <br /> <br /> Section 3. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section I hereof, <br />as provided b~ Hospital personnel policy, those employees who qualify shall be <br />paid over~ime at a rate of one and one-half times the employee's regular hourly <br />rate for day shift and one and one-half times the regular hourly rate and shift <br />differential for relief and night shifts. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
